Recovery
– I am still non-weight-bearing and in a cast.
– My sleep schedule is slowly getting better.
– I am learning to listen to my body and REST when I need it.
– One night I slept almost 12 hours! My body clearly needed it.
Recovery is slow, but I am taking it one day at a time.
Behind the Scenes
I launched **Table Tips** this past Tuesday!
Β
Table Tips is where I share helpful information about:
– Scrapbook and paper crafting tools
– Creative Memories and Stampin’ Up! products that I own
– How to use different tools
– Organization ideas
Sometimes we buy a new tool and later think, **”Wait… how do I use this again?”** π
That’s what Table Tips is for!
If there is a tool or product you want me to show, test or review, **let me know!**
I have also been working on my website and YouTube channel.
These are my **TWO main places:**
**YouTube = Videos and Lives**
**Website = Projects, ideas and supply lists**
That way, you can still find my information later instead of trying to find an old Facebook post or video.
Reflection
This week reminded me that I don’t have to force things to grow.
I signed up my **6th Creative Memories team member last night!**
I joined Creative Memories on June 24. I never expected my team to grow this fast. I was simply sharing what I love, creating projects and helping other crafters.
Now I can see everything slowly coming together:
**My team.**
**My website.**
**YouTube.**
**Table Tips.**
**And new ideas.**
I still have a LOT I want to do.
But I don’t have to do it all today.
**One project. One video. One step at a time.**
Recovery is teaching me that too. Life keeps moving even when I can’t physically do everything myself.
And yes… **rest counts too.**
Looking Ahead
This weekend, Aiden, his wife and Addie are moving in with us for a few months!
I am so excited to see Addie every day for a while. She’s already **4 1/2 months old!!**
Thankfully, everyone else can do the heavy lifting while I stay at my command center on the couch. π
Next week, I want to keep things simple:
– Keep working on my website.
– Create when I can.
– Share more Table Tips.
– Keep organizing my ideas.
**Have an idea for Table Tips? Tell me what you want to see!**
I may not be back in my craft room yet, but my creative brain definitely hasn’t stopped!
Most important: **I want this to stay FUN.**
I don’t need to do everything.
I don’t need to follow every new trend.
I want to build **Jen’s ASL Craft Table** in a way that works for me and helps the Deaf crafting community.
**One day. One project. One step at a time.**
Now, itβs time for me to sign off and rest a bit!
