Refunds

NO refund because of the customization of the products. 

Returns

If the products arrived damaged; you have 30 days from DELIVERY DATE to contact me at jen@jeniferbenner.com with photos of damaged products and your order number.

I will only replace the products if it was damaged DURING shipping.  

If the products was damaged at home AFTER shipping; I am not responsible for the damages.
